Ingredients

  • 250 g field salad (cleaned and dried)
  • 1 bunch radishes (cleaned, washed and quartered)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 150 g Roquefort cheese (diced)
  • 4 tbsp walnuts
  • 4 slices Whole grain toast
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

    Whisk together the oil, vinegar, orange juice, mustard, salt and pepper for the dressing and toss with the field salad and radishes.

    Plate and sprinkle with diced cheese and walnuts. Serve with a buttered slice of toast.
