Ingredients
- 500 g young fennel
- 120 g seedless red grapes
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 2 pears
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 120 g sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 sprigs Mint
Instructions

Wash the fennel, halve it, remove the tough core and slice the halves lengthwise into thin ribbons. Wash the grapes, deseed them and halve them. Roughly chop the walnuts. Wash the pears, peel them, quarter them, remove the core and cut the quarters into narrow strips. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Arrange the fennel with the grapes and pears on four large plates decoratively. Sprinkle the walnuts over them and crumble the cheese on top. Drizzle the vinegar, honey and oil over everything and season with salt and pepper.

Serve garnished with mint.
