Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g Field salad
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 slice cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnut kernels

    Peel the onion and dice finely. In a bowl combine parsley, onion cubes, salt, pepper, mustard, and vinegar; whisk in olive oil gradually.

    Wash, trim, and dry the field salad. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Toss the salad and tomatoes with the dressing, arrange on plates. Slice the cooked ham into thin strips and sprinkle over the salad with walnut kernels. Serve immediately.
