- 500 ml olive oil
- 1 basil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 10 peppercorns
- 10 coriander seeds
- 4 juniper berries
- garlic cloves
- 400 g sheep cheese
- 150 g olives

Wash and pat dry the basil and rosemary. Peel the garlic and slice thinly.

Cube the cheese roughly. Combine all ingredients in a jar, pour over with olive oil, seal, and let stand for 1 week.
