Ingredients

  • 70 g sun-dried tomatoes (pickled in oil)
  • 50 g chopped walnut kernels
  • 2 tbsp finely sliced basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g sheep cheese (feta)
  • 100 g crumbly cottage cheese
  • 250 g whipping cream
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Tabasco
  • 1 pack taco chips

Instructions

    Dice half of the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel the garlic. Blend the sheep cheese, cottage cheese, cream, whole tomatoes, half the walnuts and garlic.

    Stir in the diced tomatoes, remaining walnuts, and basil. Season with salt, Tabasco, and pepper. Serve with taco chips.
