Ingredients
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 150 g Feta
- 200 g light cream
- Pepper
Instructions

Soak the tomatoes for about 10 minutes in warm water. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic, wash and finely chop the basil, setting aside a few leaves for garnish.

Finely chop the remaining basil. Drain the tomatoes and finely chop them as well.

Grate the feta finely and mix with the light cream, stirring smoothly. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and basil, stir in, and let everything rest for at least 3 hours.
