Ingredients
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 1 stale roll
- 1 bunch parsley
- 150 g Feta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 buns
- coarse mustard
- tomato slice

Soak the bread in 0.125 L lukewarm water. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in 1 tbsp oil, then let cool. Wash and finely chop the parsley. In a bowl combine the ground beef, egg, squeezed bread, salt, and pepper. Dice the feta into cubes. Shape eight patties from the mixture, placing a few cheese cubes in the center of each. Cook the patties in the remaining olive oil with butter over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.

Arrange the buns, spreading coarse mustard on the halves, and garnish with tomato slices as desired.
