Ingredients

  • Kopfsalat (je 1/2)
  • Bataviasalat (je 1/2)
  • 1 rote Zwiebel
  • 300 g helle Trauben (ohne Kern)
  • 150 g Feta
  • 2 EL Rotweinessig
  • 1 EL Zitronensaft
  • 0.5 TL Senf
  • 5 EL Keimöl
  • 1 Prise Zucker
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)

Instructions

    Wash, clean, dry the salad leaves and tear into bite‑sized pieces; arrange on a plate.

    Peel the onion, halve it lengthwise, then slice thinly. Crumble the feta. Wash the grapes, halve them lengthwise, and distribute all over the salad leaves.
