Do you miss summer, sun and beach? Exotic fruit quark from Spoonsparrow is a healthy start to the day with vacation feeling on top.

Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (20% fat)
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 starfruit
  • 1 persimmon
  • 2 tsp flaxseed

Instructions

    Whisk quark with coconut milk and honey.

  2. 2.

    Wash the starfruit, dry it, and slice into thin rounds. Wash the persimmon, halve it, remove stem and core, and dice the flesh.

    Fold half of the persimmon cubes into the quark mixture, divide between two bowls, top with remaining persimmon, starfruit slices and flaxseed, and serve.
