Ingredients

  • 800 g Swiss Emmental cheese (in pieces)
  • lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 Tomatoes

Instructions

    Cut the Emmental into 24 equal cubes.

  2. 2.

    Cut the whole grain bread into 8 pieces the size of the cheese cubes. Tear the lettuce leaves to match that size as well.

  3. 3.

    Alternate placing bread, lettuce, and three cheese cubes on each skewer; top with a small tomato cap and optionally add a tiny Swiss flag garnish.
