- 1 kg potatoes (Bamberger Hörnchen)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 3 EL sunflower oil
- 1 EL Butter
- Herb salt
- white pepper (freshly ground)

Wash the potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain, cool slightly, then peel. Wash the peppers, trim them, and cut into larger pieces. Heat the oil in a large hot pan. Add the potatoes and fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes all around. Then add the peppers and continue cooking for another ~5 minutes until tender. Finally add the butter, stir through, season with herb salt and pepper, and taste.
