Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- 6 pre-cooked corn cobs
- 5 g coriander (1 handful)
- 2 Organic Limes
- 100 g sour cream or sour cream
- 50 g Schmand
- 60 g Cojita cheese (60% fat in the mix) or feta
Instructions

Add butter to a pot and slowly heat over low heat. Peel garlic, finely dice it, and add with 1 pinch of cayenne pepper and salt to the melted butter. Remove from heat.

Grill corn cobs on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, wash coriander, pat dry, and roughly chop leaves. Rinse limes under hot water and cut into wedges. Mix sour cream with Schmand and lightly salt.
