A colorful salad in a jar from Spoonsparrow is easy to transport and therefore the ideal snack for on-the-go.
Ingredients
- 1 handful basil
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 tsp grated parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
- 40 g mozzarella balls
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 bell pepper
- 25 g arugula
Instructions

Blend basil with olive oil to make pesto and stir in parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Clean, wash, and quarter the tomatoes.

Remove seeds from the bell pepper, wash it, and cut into cubes.

Wash the arugula and shake off excess water. Layer all ingredients in a jar.
