Ingredients
- 300 ml elderflower syrup
- 100 ml White wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 100 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- elderflowers (and leaves for garnish)
Instructions

Boil sugar and water. Remove from heat and let cool. Then add white wine, lemon juice and elderflower syrup. Finish with an ice cream maker or freeze in a shallow container for about 3 hours while stirring occasionally.

Serve decorated with elderflowers and leaves.
