Ingredients
- 5 elderflower buds
- 1 untreated lemon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 l vodka
Instructions

Pick the elderflowers and place them in a wide-mouthed vessel. Wash the lemon hot and peel off the zest (without the white pith). Add the sugar and vodka to the elderflowers, seal well and let steep for about 1 week, shaking occasionally.

Afterwards strain and bottle into jars.
