Ingredients
- 1 bottle dry white wine (cold)
- 40 ml Bénédictine (herbal liqueur)
- 8 Borrelia flowers
- 3 tarragon sprigs
- 1 piece lemon zest (thinly peeled)
- 1 bottle dry sparkling wine (cold)
- 1 bottle cold mineral water
- ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions

Pour the wine with herbal liqueur, tarragon, borrelia flowers and lemon zest into a punch bowl and let steep for about 30 minutes.

Then add the sparkling wine and mineral water. Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes for serving.
