Plum Kefir Drink

A refreshing plum kefir drink made with fresh ingredients from the stone fruit category. Try this and more recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 12 plums
  • 800 ml low-fat kefir
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp pear syrup
  • 2 tbsp fine oatmeal flakes
  • fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the plums, pat dry and pit them.

    Set aside 4 plum halves. Blend the remaining fruit with kefir, lemon juice, cinnamon, pear syrup, and oatmeal flakes.

    Adjust with more cinnamon if desired.

    Pour the drink into glasses. Dust with a little cinnamon. Decorate with the leftover plum halves and mint leaves as desired.
