Plum Kefir Drink

Ingredients
- 12 plums
- 800 ml low-fat kefir
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp pear syrup
- 2 tbsp fine oatmeal flakes
- fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the plums, pat dry and pit them.

Set aside 4 plum halves. Blend the remaining fruit with kefir, lemon juice, cinnamon, pear syrup, and oatmeal flakes.

Adjust with more cinnamon if desired.

Pour the drink into glasses. Dust with a little cinnamon. Decorate with the leftover plum halves and mint leaves as desired.
