Ingredients

  • 8 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 50 g whipping cream
  • 150 g Smoked salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 bunches chives (roughly chopped)

Instructions

    Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks. Blend the cream and salmon in a blender until smooth, then stir in the yolks until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spoon the creamy mixture into the egg whites using a small star tip piping bag. Arrange the halves at an angle to form a nest. Sprinkle chopped chives on a plate and arrange the filled eggs on top.
