Egg in Ham Wrap

Try the delicious egg wrapped in ham from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g salad cream (2 tbsp)
  • 40 g Greek yogurt (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp coarse mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 20 g mixed sprouts (4 tbsp)
  • 80 g Serrano ham (4 slices)

Instructions

    Peel the eggs and cook in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Then cool, peel again and let them chill.

    Meanwhile whisk salad cream with yogurt and mustard, season with salt, pepper and a splash of lemon juice.

    Rinse sprouts hot and drain well.

  4. 4.

    Wrap each egg with one slice of ham, place in an egg cup and drizzle with the salad cream. Garnish with sprouts.
