Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • Salt
  • freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp plant oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped herbs (green)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste (red)
  • 0.5 tsp curry powder (yellow)

Instructions

    Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk with the eggs, nutmeg, color, and salt.

    Then pour the mixture into a flat pan lightly greased with oil, cover with foil, and steam in a hot, almost boiling water bath (larger pot) for about 30 minutes. Transfer the set egg mixture to a cutting board and cut out shapes with various cookie cutters.
