Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2 Apples
- 4 Carrots
- 250 g radishes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp plant oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- mixed pepper
- 4 tbsp Sour cream

Peel the eggs and slice them into rounds. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and cut each quarter into strips. Peel the carrots, halve them lengthwise, and slice into rounds. Wash the radishes, trim them, and slice four pieces for garnish.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Whisk together the vinegar with 1-2 tbsp water, oil, and sugar; season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine all prepared salad ingredients in a bowl and divide onto serving dishes. Top each portion with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with radish slices.
