Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine)
- 2 peaches
- 200 g low‑fat quark
- 150 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 350 g smoked duck breast fillet
- 4 tortilla flatbreads
Instructions

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Wash the peaches, halve them, remove the pits and cut the flesh into strips. Whisk the quark with the cream cheese and orange juice until smooth. Season with garam masala, salt and pepper.

Slice the duck breast into thin pieces. Lightly brown the tortillas in a non‑stick pan for 1–2 minutes on each side without oil. Remove, spread them out and brush with the cheese mixture. Layer with duck slices, lettuce and peach strips, then roll tightly.
