Shrimp Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 handful of sprouts
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g shrimp (pre-cooked)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tortilla flatbreads

Instructions

    Wash, trim and slice the lettuce into strips. Wash, halve, trim and thinly slice the bell peppers. Rinse the sprouts and drain well.

    Heat the oil in a pan and quickly sauté the pepper strips. Add the shrimp and sprouts, cook for 1–2 minutes, then season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

    Peel, halve, pit the avocado and mash it with a fork. Mix in the yogurt, then season with salt and lemon juice.

    Prepare the tortillas according to package instructions. Place the vegetable and shrimp mixture in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with lettuce and spoon the avocado cream on top. Roll or fold and serve warm or cold.
