Ingredients
- 8 wheat tortillas (ready-made)
- 2 beef fillet steaks (about 200 g each)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 1 Lime (juice)
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- Tabasco

Roast the meat in a cast‑iron skillet without adding fat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with 2 tbsp oil, wrap in foil, and let rest at 80°C for a few minutes.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and dice it small. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, seed, and dice. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and finely mince the onion. Mix avocado, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and parsley. Season with plenty of pepper, salt, 1–2 tsp Tabasco, parsley, lime juice, and 1 tbsp oil. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Warm tortillas in a preheated oven at 250°C for a few minutes. Slice the meat into strips. Layer tortillas with meat and salsa, roll them up, and serve immediately with salad.
