- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 2 bunches dill
- 30 g Butter
- 150 g whipping cream
- Salt

Peel, wash, quarter the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender.

Heat butter, add dill, simmer for 2 minutes, pour in cream, stir and bring to a boil. Drain potatoes, let them steam dry, then mix with the dill cream, stir well and let sit briefly.
