Ingredients

  • 150 g almonds
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 250 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 150 g butter
  • 120 g raw cane sugar powdered
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g peanut butter

Instructions

  1. 1.

Coarsely chop the almonds and peanuts. Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot water bath, then let it cool slightly.

  2. 2.

Add the powdered sugar to the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the eggs well. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and gradually fold into the batter. Pour the dough into a pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the nuts on top.

  3. 3.

Dot the peanut butter over the surface and bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 35 minutes. Let them cool slightly, then remove from the pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into pieces before serving.
