Ingredients

  • 150 g dandelion flowers
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 0.7 l vodka

Instructions

    Wash the flowers, let them drain on kitchen paper and pick out the yellow petals (about 80 g).

    Thinly peel the lemon (as much as possible without white pith) and juice it.

  3. 3.

    Add the petal leaves, sugar, lemon juice and zest, 125 ml water and vodka to a large jar and seal. Let steep in a bright place for 4 weeks.

    Filter the mixture (e.g., through a coffee filter) and pour into a carafe.
