Ingredients
- 1 l vodka
- 250 g white Kandis
- 2 elderflower blossoms
- petals of two chamomile flowers
- 200 g refined white currants
Instructions

Wash the currants in a sieve and let them drain. Pour the Kandis into a wide-bowled carafe. Add all other ingredients, top with Vodka, and seal with a cork. Place the mixture in a warm spot, shaking regularly.

Once the sugar has dissolved, filter the liqueur through a cotton cloth, then again through a coffee filter. Transfer to a clean bottle, seal tightly, and let it mature for 6 weeks.
