Ingredients
- 1 salad cucumber
- 1 handful herbs (e.g., dill, chervil, mint, parsley)
- 400 g yogurt
- 400 ml kefir
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds and dice. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, strip leaves and combine with cucumber, yogurt, kefir, honey, and lemon juice in a blender; blend until smooth.
