Ingredients

  • 2 pears
  • 1 chicory
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 200 ml red grape juice
  • 1 tbsp pear concentrate
  • cold sparkling mineral water to top up
  • Cress (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, peel, quarter the pears, remove cores and cut into pieces. Wash, trim and chop the chicory. Blend together with the pear, lemon juice, grape juice and pear concentrate until smooth.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses, top with mineral water and serve garnished with cress.
