Ingredients

  • 0.5 Red Onion
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves
  • 2 untreated limes
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 1 large avocado
  • 600 ml buttermilk
  • Salt

Instructions

    Peel and dice the onion. Wash, trim, and dice the peppers as well. Rinse the coriander leaves and pluck them from the stems. For the limes, rinse, dry rub, and thinly slice the zest. Cut into strips and mix with some coriander leaves, peppers, and the onion.

    Rinse the chili, deseed, and roughly chop. Remove the avocado's skin and pit, cut into pieces, and add to a blender with the chili and buttermilk. Squeeze in the lime juice and add the remaining coriander leaves. Blend until smooth, adding cold water if needed. Season with salt and serve garnished with vegetables.
