Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 100 g hazelnut kernels
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 8 strawberries
  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 500 g yogurt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber, trim the ends, peel it, and cut into cubes. Freeze for about 30 minutes.

    Rinse the dill, dry it, and roughly chop it. Blend the cucumber, dill, yogurt, a splash of buttermilk, and lemon juice until smooth. Add more buttermilk and blend until creamy. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, then pour into four small bottles if desired.

    For the muesli, mix oats with nuts in bowls. Drizzle honey over them. Wash, dry, and chop strawberries; slice raspberries. Sprinkle both berries over the muesli. Top with yogurt and serve alongside the smoothie.
