Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 parsley
- 1 hard‑boiled egg
- 500 g roast beef (sliced)
- 200 g anchovy fillet (fresh or frozen)
Instructions

Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices or shave, salt lightly and set aside. Wash, trim, and slice the celery; finely chop some of the green leaves.

Peel and dice the onion finely. For the salad dressing whisk 50 ml water with lemon juice, vinegar and sugar. Add the onion cubes. Let the cucumber slices drain slightly and add them to the dressing along with the celery, sprinkle parsley and celery greens on top, then mix.

To serve arrange the salad on a plate, arrange roast beef over it, and scatter anchovy fillets and chopped egg on top.
