Cucumber Crocodile with Cheese and Sausages

Try the tasty cucumber crocodile made with cheese and sausages from Spoonsparrow or one of our other healthy recipes!

Ingredients

  • 200 g low-fat Gouda (chunky)
  • 20 small mini sausages
  • 1 small salad cucumber
  • yellow bell pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Cut the cheese into 20 pieces about 1 cm each. Attach one cheese cube to a cocktail sausage on a toothpick.

    Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut a triangle 5 cm deep from one side in the middle. Gently separate the ends with a halved toothpick to form an open mouth.

  3. 3.

    Wash the quarter bell pepper and cut its flesh into small triangles; attach these as teeth inside the mouth.

  4. 4.

    Cut the tip of the cucumber into a long pointed tail and stick the cheese-sausage skewers along the body. Serve immediately.
