Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs dill

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber, trim the ends and cut into 3-4 mm thick diagonal slices. Break the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Whisk together the yogurt, crème fraîche and honey until smooth, then season with pepper and lemon juice. Remove the dill leaves, set aside a few for garnish, finely chop the rest and fold into the cream.

    Arrange the salmon on the cucumber slices and top each with a dollop of cream. Garnish with dill and serve.
