- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- oregano
- 300 ml crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml instant vegetable broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt, pepper from grinder

Quarter the bell pepper, clean it and remove the seeds. Rinse the pepper and dice it. Clean the spring onions, wash them and finely chop them. Peel the garlic and onion and dice them.

Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the pepper and spring onions. Stir everything for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
