Ingredients

  • 1 Springform (26 cm Ø)
  • 300 g amarettini (Italian almond cookies)
  • 100 g liquid butter
  • 1 EL Grand Marnier
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 EL sugar
  • 4 kiwis
  • 100 g cherries
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 2 EL coconut chips

Instructions

    Crush the cookies with a rolling pin and mix well with liquid butter and Grand Marnier. Press the mixture into the springform and flatten. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

    Puree raspberries with sugar and strain through a sieve.

    Peel kiwis and cut into wedges. Wash, pit, and pat dry cherries and blueberries.

    Spread raspberry puree on the base. Arrange fruits on top and sprinkle coconut flakes.
