Chocolate Strawberries

We gently wash and pat dry the strawberries before dipping them in whole milk, dark, and white chocolate – great for guests or a personal treat! The original brand name has been removed.

Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 75 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 75 g whole milk chocolate
- 75 g white chocolate
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions

Gently wash and pat the strawberries dry. Chop each type of chocolate separately and melt over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Dip one-third of the strawberries into each chocolate so that half of the fruit is coated. Place on a cooling rack to set. Just before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the chocolate-covered strawberries with pistachios and coconut flakes.
