Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (in juice)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Shallot
- Salt
- white pepper
- Tabasco
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 slices baguette
- 12 parsley sprigs (for garnish)
- 12 capers (for garnish)
- 12 lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions

Drain the tuna and roughly break it apart. Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Blend the fish with shallots, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and crème fraîche in a blender. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread on toasted white bread slices and garnish each with a parsley leaf, a lemon wedge, and a caper.
