Cod Gratin with Bell Pepper and Apple

Ingredients
- 700 g cod fillet
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 500 g apples
- 2 tbsp butter
- paprika powder
- 250 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp dill sprigs (finely chopped)
Instructions

Season the fish with salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.

Peel the onions and slice into rings.

Wash the bell peppers, trim them, halve, core, remove white membranes and cut into thin strips.

Sauté the onions in hot butter until translucent, add the peppers and cook for about 4 minutes.

Place half of the vegetables in a baking dish, arrange the fish on top.

Peel the apples, quarter them, remove cores, slice into wedges and distribute over the fish with the remaining vegetables.

Stir dill into sour cream, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, then spoon over the gratin.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.

Serve with boiled potatoes.
