Ingredients
- 200 g rice
- Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 8 tbsp oil
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 4 slices Smoked Salmon
- 100 g caviar
- dill sprigs

Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool to lukewarm. Mix in whisked eggs, flour, and season with salt.

Heat oil in a large pan. Fry 12 small pancakes from the rice mixture until each side is crisp brown. Slice salmon into strips.

Place one teaspoon of crème fraîche on each blini, add some salmon strips and one teaspoon of caviar, then garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
