Ingredients
- 12 potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- herb seasoning
- lemon pepper
- dried or fresh thyme
Instructions

Wash, peel and dry the potatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Squeeze the lemon. Slice the potatoes into very thin rounds with a mandoline.

Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the lemon zest and juice.

Add the potato slices to the pan and season with salt, herb seasoning, lemon pepper, and thyme. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Serve the crispy fried potatoes alongside fish, meat or poultry.
