Creamy Yogurt Rice
A creamy yogurt rice offers a refreshing and uncomplicated alternative to classic milk pudding, packed with vitamin C.
Ingredients
- 100 g basmati rice
- 400 g oranges (2 oranges)
- 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 125 g small apples (1 small apple)
- 125 g small bananas (1 small banana)
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds

Cook the rice in 200 ml boiling water covered for about 10 minutes, then let it cool.

Meanwhile, halve one orange and squeeze out its juice. Mix yogurt, honey, and orange juice together.

Peel the second orange so that the white pith is removed, leaving thick skin.

Cut orange segments from the separated membranes, catch the released juice, and stir it into the yogurt mixture.

Wash, dry, quarter, and core the apple; peel the banana and kiwi. Dice the fruit and combine them.

Toast sunflower seeds in a dry pan without oil until lightly browned.

Stir the cooled rice into the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle the fruit salad with toasted sunflower seeds and serve the creamy yogurt rice.
