- 1 peach
- 60 ml gin
- 40 ml whipping cream
- crushed ice
- 10 ml strawberry syrup
- 1 strawberry (for garnish)

Wash the peach, halve it, remove the pit, dice the flesh and lightly puree into chunks. Shake well with gin and cream in a shaker.

Fill a glass with crushed ice, pour in the drink, drizzle with strawberry syrup. Serve garnished with a strawberry.
