Ingredients
- 40 ml coconut liqueur
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- crushed ice
- pineapple chunks
- Cocktail cherry
- cocktail stick
- straw
Instructions

Blend liqueur, cream and pineapple juice thoroughly.

Fill a large highball glass halfway with crushed ice, pour the mixture over it, stir with a bar spoon and insert a straw.

Stick a pineapple chunk on the rim of the glass and thread the cocktail cherry onto it.
