Ingredients
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 2 canned peaches (halves)
- 200 g low-calorie cream cheese
- 250 g low-fat milk yogurt
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 100 g whipping cream
- 250 g mixed berries
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold water. Puree peaches. Whisk cream cheese with yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Squeeze out excess liquid from gelatin and dissolve it over gentle heat.

Stir in the peach puree, continuously mixing into the yogurt cream. Refrigerate until the mixture starts to set.

Beat whipping cream stiff and fold it in. Pour into glasses.

Rinse berries, optionally rinse gently, pat dry, and top the cream with them. Garnish with lemon balm.
