Cream Cheese with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple (about 500 g flesh)
  • 3 figs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 100 g crumbly cream cheese (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • fresh mint

Instructions

    Toast coconut flakes in a dry pan until golden yellow, remove and set aside. Peel the pineapple thoroughly, cut lengthwise into quarters, trim the core, and dice the flesh.

    Wash, dry, quarter, and slice the figs. Mix fig slices with pineapple pieces. Stir lemon juice with maple syrup, fold in finely chopped mint, and combine with the fruit.

    Place cream cheese in a bowl, gently fold in the fruit mixture, sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, and serve. Enjoy the cream cheese with fruits immediately.
