Herb Shrimp

So tastes summer! The herb shrimp from Spoonsparrow provide not only high-quality protein and micronutrients, but also taste great.

Ingredients

  • 16 shrimp (peeled, ready to cook)
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (finely chopped, e.g., parsley, cilantro)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 16 small wooden skewers

Instructions

    Mix parsley with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and let the shrimp marinate for about 30 minutes.

    Thread one shrimp onto each skewer and grill on a hot tabletop grill for about 3–4 minutes until cooked. Occasionally brush the herb shrimp with the remaining marinade.
