Kiwi Fruit Salad

Whether as a sweet breakfast or fruity dessert, the kiwi fruit salad tastes great again and again.
Ingredients
- 4 fresh figs
- 4 ripe kiwis
- 2 Nectarines
- 100 ml black currant juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds (coarsely chopped)
- 4 dates
- 1 Banana
- Lemon balm
Instructions

Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds.

Wash the figs and quarter them.

Wash the nectarines, halve them, remove pits and cut into wedges.

Arrange the kiwi slices in a tiled pattern on deep plates, fan the nectarine wedges over them, and place the fig quarters on top.

Simmer the black currant juice with honey and lemon juice until syrupy, then drizzle it over the fruit.

Pit the dates and blend them with the banana to make a smooth puree.

Place the puree in the center of the kiwi fruit salad, garnish with lemon balm and almonds, and serve.
