The cream cheese bites from Spoonsparrow are deliciously seasoned and perfect for brunch or a breakfast with friends.
Ingredients
- 125 g goat cream cheese
- 125 g cream cheese (double cream level)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chives sprigs
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 20 g chopped walnut kernels
- paprika powder (sweet)

Instructions

Mix the goat cream cheese with the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Using wet hands form small balls, place them on a plate, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

Combine parsley with chives; crush the peppercorns coarsely and sprinkle each onto separate plates. Chop the walnuts and spread them on another flat plate. Scatter paprika powder and curry powder separately on plates and arrange into lines.

Roll each cream cheese ball in the walnuts, peppercorns, and herbs. Coat them in paprika and curry powder to create patterns. Arrange the balls on a platter and serve.
